I might do a playthrough of X-2! I have a lot to say about it too. (Although a lot of it is rage tangents about what they did to Lulu.) I'll have to see how long this one takes.
Part of what bothers me about the idea of them being married though is the imbalance of power in their relationship. Maybe they'd balance each other out, but Wakka is so easygoing and Lulu can be so bossy that I feel like she'd constantly overwhelm him.
I've wondered if Lulu had any other boyfriends before Chappu (probably not any serious ones) and for that matter, how deep her relationship with him was. She's still upset over his death, but she never talks about being in love with him. (Of course, it could just be that she's not mushy like that and doesn't like discussing her feelings.) We hear that Chappu was going to propose to her, but we never hear if she was going to accept, or even what her perspective on the relationship was. Just that she was happier when he was alive.
